COMPLETE PROCEDURE FOR NTC LICENSURE REGISTRATION

  1. Click on https://tpg.ntc.gov.gh/account/register
  2. At Account type, select Teacher
  3. Fill your particulars
  4. Click Register
  5. Check your email and open NTC TPG
  6. Click on Complete Registration button
  7. Select Teacher Type, enter your SSNIT number
  8. Select YES if you have STAFF ID and click on Verify Staff ID

NB: ensure that your EMAIL and TELEPHONE are correct

REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION

Before you start, scan as JPG, PNG or PDF (size: 256KB)

  • Passport size photo
  • First Appointment letter
  • All Transfer letters
  • All Certificates (academic and professoinal)
  1. An ACTIVE email address.
  2. SSNIT number
  3. Staff ID (if GES employed)
ONLINE REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
  1. Go to https://tpg.ntc.gov.gh/account/login (On Android use *Chrome*)
  2. Click “Register Now” to create an account or log in to an existing account.
  3. Select “Teacher” as account type.
  4. Fill in details and submit.
  5. Open your email account in another browser tab.
  6. Check your email for a confirmation link from NTC TPG.
  7. Follow the instructions on the site to complete your registration.
